Adam Muema arrived Friday at his Florida training facility after not being heard from since leaving the NFL combine

After saying God told him to leave the NFL combine because he would be drafted by the Seattle Seahawks if he didn't work out there, former San Diego State RB Adam Muema showed up Friday at the Florida facility where he had been preparing for the combine.

Until his appearance, he hadn't been heard from since he left the combine.

From the San Diego Union-Tribune:

One source said he was still dressed in his combine gear.

"I know he's fine. I know he's safe," a person close to Muema said, agreeing to speak on the condition of anonymity. "But I don't know what happens from here. There are good people that are helping him."

In a brief interview with the UT on Friday, Muema said he was going "home." That's all he said.

Before he left the combine, Muema was reportedly in a "meditative" state in his hotel room, and in such a trance that security had to be called to his room because he wasn't responding to people calling his name.

And according to the UT, San Diego State hadn't heard from him since he declared for the draft in January. As a junior in 2013, Muema ran for 1,244 yards and 15 touchdowns.

After the episode the past week, hopefully Muema uses the support system he has in place to prepare for the draft going forward. There are more important issues at hand here than his draft stock, which hasn't been sent soaring.
