Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray became the 16th NCAA FBS quarterback to throw for 100 career touchdowns with his first quarter TD pass to Reggie Davis in Georgia's 45-21 win over North Texas.
That pass came in dramatic fashion too, as Murray and the Bulldogs were backed up at their own 2-yard line. Murray found a wide open Davis behind the North Texas defense and he was off for the longest touchdown catch in Georgia school history.
Murray tossed two more touchdowns and now has 102 for his career and is tied with Central Michigan's Dan LeFevour for 13th most all-time in FBS history. Murray entered the game tied with Matt Leinart and two other quarterbacks and leapfrogged Chad Pennington and Chase Daniel.
