UConn students allegedly set fires, overturn cars, throw lightposts through windows celebrating title

Connecticut won the national championship in men's basketball Monday night 60-54 over Kentucky touching off a wild celebration on the Storrs, Conn., campus where students allegedly tore lightposts out of the ground, set fires, overturned cars, climbed trees and otherwise reveled in the win.

Might be a good time to mention there is a chance some of this could repeat itself Tuesday night when the undefeated UConn women's team meets undefeated Notre Dame in the women's national title game.

The night began innocently enough with tons of UConn students and fans packed into Gampel Pavilion, home to the Huskies, to watch the game together on big screens and video boards.

Here is a collection of some of the best tweets, pictures and videos from the campus Monday night. Warning: Some of the video content contains explicit language.

Meanwhile, back in Kentucky noted Wildcats fan actress Ashley Judd tried to cope with her team's loss by satisfying a sweet tooth.
