Because of certain broadcast rules associated with the NCAA tournament, non-CBS stations around the country are not allowed to show highlights of a game until the day after it is played.

Because of this, WCJB, an ABC affiliate in Gainesville, Fla., could not show highlights of Saturday’s Florida Elite Eight victory over Dayton, but it found a creative and funny way to work around that rule.

Anchor Zach Aldridge and a co-worker dressed in blue to represent the Gators, while two other associates wore red to represent the Flyers and the four hilariously acted out some game highlights.

Everything from blocked shots to slam dunks to three-pointers (from multiple angles!) to celebrations were covered.

Well played, gentlemen.
