Of the participants in this weekend's FedEx Cup Tour Championship, only Tiger Woods can finish in a tie for 22nd, 13 shots off the lead, and still generate interest on Monday.
It was actually Woods' girlfriend, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, along with his two children that had the crowd buzzing after Tiger's final putt on the 18th green. Four-year-old Charlie sat perched on Vonn's back while six-year-old daughter Sam stood beside them, watching her father finish up his final round of the PGA Tour season. The big, happy (insanely athletic) family convened behind the grandstands with Tiger and Sam in their traditional Sunday red.
As for the actual golf part of the tournament, Henrik Stenson held off a brief challenge by 20-year-old Jordan Spieth and closed with a 2-under 68 to win the Tour Championship by three shots. The 37-year-old Swede also captured the FedEx Cup and its $10 million bonus. Stenson earned $1.44 million for winning the tournament.
