Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes. Exhibit A: Randy Moss in 2007. The wide receiver goes to the Patriots after two years of floundering in Oakland and turns in one of the greatest pass-catching seasons in NFL history.

It can also work the other way. Exhibit B: Javon Walker in 2008. After tallying over a thousand yards just two years prior, the former Pro-Bowler signs with the Raiders for an exorbitant sum of money and catches just 15 balls for the rest of his career.
