Position Statement: Revis on the block?

It's no big surprise the Jets are shopping Mark Sanchez, but it is a shock they are looking for matches on a Darrelle Revis trade. Considering he can't be franchised after the 2013 season, Mike Florio says it may not be a surprising if the Jets trade him after all. Revis can walk away from New York in 2017 as a free agent, so if the Jets can get a decent return, they should jump at the chance. It's a messy situation, but exploring their options makes the most sense.
