The 4,100 former players with concussion-related lawsuits filed against the NFL will face their first major challenge, as the location of where the litigation will play out, will soon be determined. The former players would like to see the case be put in front of a jury where sympathy could play a role in the decision, while the NFL would like it to fall under the CBA, which means a single arbitrator would make a decision based strictly on the facts.
