As the 2013 NFL Draft approaches, it’s around the time unnamed scouts start giving their assessments of players. While fans look forward to hearing about draft prospects, keep in mind, teams have a strong incentive to crank out reports on the rumor mill in hopes the player they are targeting will fall to them. Mike Florio says we will never really know what a team thinks about a player until it’s time to put that player’s name on the draft card.
