Pittsburgh starts the season 0-2 for the first time since 2002, the start of Mike Tomlin’s tenure as head coach. After last night's loss to the Bengals, in which they totaled just 44 yards on the ground, it's obvious the Steelers needs to figure out their running game moving forward.
Mike Florio says that there is some hope to be found in the eventual return of rookie running back Le’Veon Bell. Despite the rough start, Florio also notes that the franchise has over come adversity before. In 1989, Pittsburgh started the season 0-2 but came back to make a run in the playoffs.
