Eastern Illinois quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was one of the best-kept secrets in college football until his breakout 2013 campaign. Capped off by winning the Walter Payton Award given to the most outstanding offensive player in the FCS, Garoppolo is on the media circuit leading up to the 2014 NFL Draft.
