Mad Dash: 49ers fans rip owner trying to give tickets away

It's not surprising to see team owners pulling out a few nice gestures for loyal fans, like Jed York trying to give away free tickets to see his San Francisco 49ers via Twitter. But the good deed backfired for York, whose fan base is apparently still pretty irked with Jim Harbaugh's exit and the state of the team on the field since that happened. The tweet replies included a few kind volunteers looking for the tickets, but the vast majority chose the moment to air their grievances, from simple digs like "nobody likes you man" to the more creative jabs, like a Michigan fan saying thanks for what York already gave him with Harbaugh. The good news for York, if there is any, is that we saw Mets fans scream at their team in a similar fashion on Twitter earlier this year, and now the Mets are in the playoffs.

We've documented the greatness that is "Watch Me" infiltrating the sports world a few times before on the Mad Dash, but this may be the champion. Two youth football teams were mid-game when the song started playing, and what appears to be at least one-third of them start dancing along. The problem was that the game was still going, and the next snap came with players on both sides of the ball excessively distracted. Pee Wee coaches everywhere just got an idea.

Everything is more fun in Kansas City when the Royals are winning, so Scott Jones decided to track each and every game with a video he shot the whole season. It's definitely worth watching.
