What's the deal with Chicago athletes and the Backstreet Boys?

Last June, Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman the same night that the Backstreet Boys were a musical guest.

Now, the Cubs share a connection with the 90's boy band.

On Thursday night, former Cubs outfielder David DeJesus hosted a 'Strike a Chord' Karaoke fundraiser benefiting ALS research. DeJesus along with Anthony Rizzo and Travis Wood belted out a version of 'I Want It That Way.'
