2013 British Open: Mickelson ‘had to bring my A-game’

Phil Mickelson didn’t just win the 142nd British Open, he dominated it. Finishing at 5-under-par and shooting a 66 in the final round, Lefty knew the only way to win was to bring his A-game; and he did just that.

Speaking to the media, Mickelson expresses the amazing feeling of winning such a prestigious championship and credits “some of the best shots that I’ve ever hit. Certainly putt better than I’ve ever putt.”
