Long bombs, early '90s methods of conveyance, touch passes, accurate feeds, precision timing, a thunderous finish and a well-earned simultaneous group freakout — this latest great pool basketball dunk has everything. Coming on the heels of the seven- and 10-man dunks our pal Jay Busbee shared with you a couple of weeks back, it seems clear that we are in a golden age of pool dunking. Merely accepting the status quo of yamming on your buddy Derrick is no longer enough; more advanced choreography and stunt work are required.

The gauntlet's been thrown down, young people of America: Step your freaking game up. Yes, I'm looking at you, Froggy Fresh and Money Maker Mike.

(Also, be really careful not to hit your head on the side of the pool like that last kid almost did, because oh, man, this was like 10 centimeters away from plummeting from #EpicWin to #HorrifyingTragedy. Yes, I am on the wrong side of 30 — why do you ask?)

And since we're already wasting time watching other people have fun summers, let's all band together to watch a big ol' four-minute supercut of pool basketball trick shots:

Now let's take the rest of the day off and go somewhere fun. (Or maybe just rewatch that, I guess.)
