It was fun to watch former Indiana University teammates Victor Oladipo (now a member of the Orlando Magic) and Cody Zeller (who joined the Charlotte Bobcats) combine for an impromptu "posterization" of former Big Ten rival and Michigan point guard Trey Burke as part of the NBA's annual rookie photo shoot on Tuesday. Accepting as given that this was fun, and applying the scientific principle that more fun is greater than less fun, we come to the conclusion that watching more instances of Zeller rolling up behind unsuspecting freshmen-to-be with a trash can while Oladipo hammers on top of them would be better than not watching that. This leads me to a new NBA hypothesis: Victor Oladipo seems pretty fun. I eagerly await Opening Night, when he will be able to begin testing that theory against the Indiana Pacers' defense, which is basically the NBA's version of a control group.
