A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: How to Make It. Nike needed a fashion photographer to provide the art for the launch of the French Football Federation's new away soccer uniforms ("kit"), so naturally they called Boris Diaw, which is why the photos came out so great. (Hat-tip to Yert Kerbz at TBJ.)

PF: Capital Comment. Friend of the program Jack Kogod gives the Washington Wizards some midseason awards. "Most JaVale McGee Moment" must have been the most difficult decision of Maj's life.

SF: Waiting for Next Year. Scott Sargent's killer profile of Antawn Jamison, who went from missing piece to picking up the pieces in no time flat.

SG: Liberty Ballers. Jordan Sams just pulled together every "clutch" statistic since 2000, doing yeoman's work to nudge the "does clutch exist and, if so, what is it?" debate forward an inch or two. Other stat kids: STEP YA GAME UP.

PG: The Two Man Game. Guest scribe Connor Huchton on the "constant intrigue" of the game of the latter-day Shawn Marion.

6th. Green Street. Ben Rohrbach thinks it'd be pretty neat if Danny Ainge, Doc Rivers and the Boston Celtics organization would, y'know, develop an in-house scorer for the first time in a decade or so.

7th. Deseret News. Jimmer Fredette talks about the massive adjustment he's faced going from college megastar to NBA bench-mobber.

8th. HoopSpeak. Beckley Mason vents his spleen: "This post is about one thing: why I can't stand the Clippers."

9th. The Point Forward. Professor Zach Lowe (thanks, Skeets) makes it sing about a critical upcoming stretch for the improved Minnesota Timberwolves.

10th. Wages of Wins Journal. Every second-half game, simulated and projected. Whew. Now we don't have to actually watch any of them. Party at my place!
