A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.
C: FreeDarko. This website made me feel good about myself as a writer, and consistently charmed at the world at large as a reader. Breaking up on the 41th anniversary of the Beatles' breakup, I can rue the passing, but warm myself at the sphere of its influence. Thank them for that, and re-read this post.
PF: Sports Radio Interviews. Elton Brand's broken hand is no big deal. OK!
SF: The Good Point. "DeMar DeRozan is already sweating …" Good piece.
SG: Basketball-Reference Blog. For those of us that were around back then: The Mike Redd All-Stars.
PG: Hardwood Hype. On Blake Griffin's first impressions.
6th: Hoopism. A poster featuring the jersey of every Slam Dunk participant, ever. So nice.
7th: The Basketball Jones. Avery Johnson is still keepin' his smile, deep into another lottery year.
8th: Fat Shawn Kemp. LJ in Paris. Paris, France.
9th: The Point Forward. The Thunder is hot right now. And Kendrick Perkins is still scowlin'.
10th: Bulls.com. (Where else?) Sam Smith says that Jason Richardson is a better defender than Keith Bogans and Ronnie Brewer, and then calls other people ludicrous because he has lost it as an objective analyst and I am pretty much perpetually embarrassed by the coverage surrounding my favorite team this season.
