Wreck of the week: Stremme reminds Reutimann to play nice

It was just under a year ago when David Reutimann, tired of Kyle Busch pushing him around, dumped Busch and, in effect, killed Busch's Chase chances dead. The same stakes weren't at play Saturday night at Bristol, but Reutimann nonetheless found himself in another revenge scenario. Only this time, he was getting instead of giving, and the dispenser was David Stremme his own self.

The real storyline of this wreck could have been the way it cost Denny Hamlin a Chase spot, but Hamlin was able to rally and pick up a desperately-needed 7th-place finish. Paul Menard, on the other hand, wasn't nearly as lucky; he finished 30th and dropped ever farther back in the wild-card rankings. And while Reutimann isn't a threat to make the Chase, it was nice of him to get some sponsor exposure.
