Dale Earnhardt Jr. spoke Friday for the first time since he announced that he would miss two races after suffering a second concussion in six weeks at Talladega. Junior talked about his time away from the track, and said that "I don't care how tough you think you are, when you're mind isn't working the way it's supposed to, it scares the (poop) out of you."
