Silly Season starts earlier than ever these days, and you can't tell the players without a scorecard. For instance, take a look at those three gentlemen above. Next year, none of them will be wearing those same uniforms. (Well, technically, at least one is going to switch to another's uniform, but you know what we're getting at.)

Anyway, it's tough keeping up with all the changes, so that's what we're here for. We've compiled a list of teams and sponsors for each of the current top 35 drivers, and we present it below. Obviously, this is going to require some updating, so we'll re-post this as necessary. Now, strap in and behold the changes that are afoot:

**-Kurt Busch will jump from the No. 2 to the No. 22 car for 2011, and Brad Keselowski will go from the 12 to the 2.

***-Kasey Kahne will be driving for Hendrick Motorsports starting in 2012, but is as yet undecided for 2011.

****-Roger Penske has said he plans to keep Sam Hornish Jr. driving for him in 2011.
