Woodley wins quickly to kick off Strikeforce fights

One of Strikeforce's hottest prospects, Tyron Woodley, won quickly over Andre Galvao at Strikeforce: Noons vs. Diaz with a TKO in just 1:48.

Woodley, a two-time All-American wrestler at the University of Missouri, was as dominant as the Tigers football team on Saturday night. He stuffed Galvao's takedown attempts and delivered a series of punches every time Galvao shot in. Each time this happened, Galvao came back up wobbly. The third time, the fight was stopped.

"The fans know, the organization knows, I deserve next," Woodley said about where he should stand in the Strikeforce welteweight division. He added that he wants to fight on the upcoming Strikeforce card in St. Louis, his hometown.
