    Wonder why Mark Munoz had to pull out of Chael Sonnen fight? Check out the junk doctors removed from his elbow

    Mark Munoz lost out on a huge opportunity when he had to bail on his UFC on Fox 2 fight against Chael Sonnen.

    It looks like the middleweight contender had no choice. The injured elbow that got operated on, had that stuff floating around in it.

    Munoz faces 4-6 weeks of recovery time and hopes to return to the Octagon in May. Michael Bisping was bumped up the card to face Sonnen with Chris Weidman sliding into Bisping's spot against Demian Maia.

      Thats what happens when you dont tap to armbars on a regular occasion. When your elbow starts popping its probably your elbowing breaking apart.

      Maia has improved his striking over the last 2 years since losing to Silva and has, in fact, gone 3-1 in the four fights he has had since he lost to Silva.

      And it isn't like losing to Silva makes you a scrub. Since everyone loses to Silva.

      Basically, Sandman, as usual, you are wrong.

        Vitor would make swiss cheese out of him. Anderson would laugh while KOing him inside of 2mins. Other than that, the MW division has no competition.

      Dear Mark Munoz, sorry about your injury, but you just made my day! Your too nice of a guy to have Chael laying on you for 25 mins. Stay up player! Now, Either way a loudmouth will lose and hopefully it is Chael, the guy got 10 losses walks around like he un beatable. Only reason Chael can even walk around today is because he knew that talking smack about Anderson's black belt would lure him into a fight he wanted, if Chael gets by Pissbing his teeth will probably being going home with some lucky fan! This guy is a fraud and he has the nut to say Anderson is gimme a break. Those teeth will be on EBAY within a day! I would buy just to send to Anderson to make a neckless out of.

      Munoz doesn't need to worry. he wont lose to anyone not named Chael or Anderson until his next contendor fight. He did something Sonnen couldn't do in a million years- outgrapple Damien Maia

      Maia is a clown. Maia should not be in the UFC. Beating Maia means nothing. He might be good in straight BJJ tournaments, but his is not an MMA player. Look at his fight against Anderson. Look at him try to strike. He is a girl with a vaginal hole who cannot hit or get hit. He needs to go back to BJJ tournaments.
