[VIDEO] Anderson Silva walks down stairs unassisted

It didn't take Anderson long after he shattered his leg at UFC 168 against Chris Weidman to begin thinking about training. Heck, it didn't take him long to get back to some type of exercise after surgery, either.

There's a good chance that Anderson Silva's passion for the day to day training that most find mundane and grueling is a big reason why he was able to dominate MMA for the better part of a decade. So, we enjoyed watching a video "The Spider" posted on instagram recently showing him walking down steps in his home unassisted by crutches.

He may be a long way off from stepping into the Octagon again, but walking on his own two feet for the first time in months must feel good to the long time middleweight champion. It sure is good to watch.
