No weight issues for Strikeforce: Jardine slim at middleweight

JardineWeighStrikeforcecomLAS VEGAS - The first Strikeforce card under the new Zuffa deal with Showtime is a go.

It's one of the more loaded Strikeforce cards in recent memory, featuring good, young fighters at 205, 185 and 170 pounds.

Keith Jardine is a new entry at middleweight. Yesterday, he was walking around in excess of 200 pounds. He looked okay in making the cut to 185. Check out the comments on the YouTube video. Most of the viewers thought Jardine looked horrible.

We'll find out tomorrow night if the weight cut was too much. Keep a close eye on Jardine's stamina his fight against Strikeforce middleweight champ Luke Rockhold makes it out of the first round.

I dont think the judges will be neede much on the main cars fights, I see most of them being finished one way or the other,.. I just dont think I will ever be a fan of rockhold though, good enough fighter but much bigger ego than he should have.

      Joke of a "Title Match".

Pretty solid card overall, though. I'm taking Rockhold (maybe...a little undecided), Saffedein, Woodley, and Larkin. Undecided about the Lawler/Amagov fight, too.

im a true mma fan, so i will be watching and enjoying a night of fights rather than being a brainwashed zuffazombie and complaining about guys that i will probably be cheering next year when they get moved to the ufc.
