There's a wave of 2008 Olympians and near Olympians trying their hand at mixed martial arts. Mo Lawal, who just missed out on a spot on the U.S. Olympic team, has already had good success with three TKO wins. U.S. Olympian Ben Askren won his pro debut
over the weekend in dominating ground and pound fashion. Japan's Judo gold medalist Satoshi Ishii is the hottest free agent out there.
And then there's Rasul Boqiev. There's no word that the Judo bronze medalist at 73 KG is thinking about MMA but he may want to do so. He's Tajikistan's first ever Olympic medalist yet Sports By Brooks reports that he's now driving a taxi cab.
Before you say isn't Borat... no that's Kazakhstan.
