Chris Weidman may be open to a super fight at light heavyweight but 205 pound champion Jon Jones isn't very excited about fighting the middleweight king. Jones was recently interviewed by AXS TV and asked about the possibility of a fight against Weidman.

Not only did "Bones" not take an interest in the bout during the brief interview, he also said that it wouldn't really qualify as a "super" fight because Weidman's name isn't big enough. Of course, "The All-American" has heard that type of criticism - namely from Anderson Silva - and responded by taking the long time champ out twice in 2013.

"A lot of people are starting to mention Chris Weidman's name and I think in order for it to be a 'super fight,' Chris Weidman needs to get his name a little bit bigger and prove himself against some other world champions," Jones said.

But before you think Jones is ducking a new challenge from another weight class, you should know that he's totally game for moving up in weight class himself to challenge UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez. That bout, according to Jones, would indeed be "super."

"That being said, I think Cain Velasdquez would be the only guy that would be considered a 'super fight,'" he said.

Of course, both Weidman and Jones have their next fights lined up already. Jones defends his belt against Glover Teixeira in Baltimore at UFC 172 and Weidman takes on challenger Vitor Belfort in May at UFC 173.
