The UFC starts taking over Wednesday nights on Fox Sports 1 with Ultimate Fight Night 27. Here are the questions floating over these fights.

Will Carlos Condit or Martin Kampmann return to title contention? The welterweight division is crowded with possible contenders, and this fight will serve as a weeding out. The winner will have a shot at the top of the rankings, and the loser will have a long road back.

Can Donald Cerrone put aside arrest to focus on fight? Cerrone was recently arrested and charged with a misdemeanor assault charge due to "boat rage." It's not the kind of thing you want to deal with while preparing for a fight with Rafael dos Anjos. Will he be able to keep his mind on the fight?

Is Erik Perez the real deal? "El Goyito" has three fights in the UFC, and they all ended with first-round wins for Perez. He's fighting bantamweight veteran Takeya Mizugaki, who is on a two-fight win streak. Will Perez get a win and jump up the rankings?

Can Bubba McDaniel make it in the UFC? Before he was a castmember on "The Ultimate Fighter," McDaniel had a long career fighting for second and third-tier shows. TUF gave him a chance, and he won his first fight on the TUF finale. Now, he will face fellow TUF alum Brad Tavares, who won his last three fights. Will McDaniel make his place in the Octagon?

Do fans have an appetite for this much MMA? There are fights on Wednesday, Saturday and next Wednesday. Though much of it is on cable and not a pay-per-view, it's still a whole lot of fighting. Will fans tune in for every bit of it?
