"The talent pool at 135 is as deep as any other division, if not deeper. I had somebody tell me that 135 isn't as deep as it is at 145 or 155, and I said, you can't say that when you have the number one pound-for-pound fighter in the world in Miguel at 135. It's a more technical game. It's a faster pace. The biggest reason for me dropping is that I feel like that's more my style. I didn't drop down thinking it was going to be an easy road at all. But I also don't think that there is anyone at 135 lbs. that is going to be able to bully me around or pin me down, and be able to waste time for a decision."
