We love the UFC Embedded mini-documentaries. They get fans behind the scenes of the biggest MMA events in the world alongside their favorite fighters, who are often more unguarded and open than ever in these moments caught on tape.
The latest one, UFC 178 Embedded, is no different. We're willing to bet that, as cool as it is, featured fighter Dustin Poirier may feel a bit awkward when he watches this one (above), however, if only because it opens with his opponent Conor McGregor and his team eating and watching last week's UFC: Tokyo event with UFC President Dana White in Las Vegas last week.
There's nothing like feeling as though perhaps you're not as special or favored by your organization as your opponent is, and seeing him party at 2:30am with the president and promoter of the company in front of a lavish spread in a kick-ass Las Vegas living room is probably a decent way of giving you that feeling. The fast-rising Irish star McGregor isn't just traveling with his coaches, teammates and family to the site of his fights, earlier than his opponent, either.
