Editor's note: Our MLB Toasts got derailed during the stretch run and postseason, but we're back to say goodbye to the rest of the league. Follow @BigLeagueStew on Twitter and await our call for submissions for more toasts. Next up the Los Angeles Dodgers.

What a wild year the Los Angeles Dodgers had. They were a huge disappointment early, then they went on a crazy summer run the likes of which we've hardly seen, turning them into World Series favorites at one point. They gave us a Cy Young-quality season from Clayton Kershaw and they brought us the most interesting player in MLB, Yasiel Puig.

There was always something going on with the Dodgers this year. To borrow a popular phrase from another L.A. team, it was showtime at Dodger Stadium. Cheers to that.

A toast to the Dodgers for brawling and almost firing your manager. To the Dodgers, for finding inspiration in Mickey Mouse. For going swimming. For going from last place to the playoffs. To the Dodgers for managing to turn to the NLCS into a culture war.

We're not going to bogart this toast. In fact, one Cardinals fan in particular has wanted to lead this toast for a while, so here it goes. Add your own toast in the comments.

ALREADY: Houston Astros, Miami Marlins, Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox, Milwaukee Brewers, San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, Colorado Rockies, Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres, Minnesota Twins, Seattle Mariners, Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Diamondbacks, Los Angeles Angels, Washington Nationals.

UP NEXT: Got a toast for a team we haven't featured yet? Send it to @BigLeagueStew on Twitter and watch the #MLBToasts hashtag. We're working on the Yankees, Orioles and Cardinals among others.

Pennant races are here. Spend the stretch run with us.
