What's a starting pitcher to do when it's not his turn to take the ball? Well, sometimes it's his job to chart pitches. But most of the time he's left to entertain himself.

How does Los Angeles Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw — who's 2-1 with a 1.37 ERA and 24 strikeouts — pass his time before Saturday's start against the Cardinals? He likes to blow bubbles. What Kershaw does with these bubbles, and what he intended to do with this bubble specifically, I'm not sure, but if the actions of one unidentified teammate during Thursday's 9-5 loss to St. Louis are any indication, it's probably no good.

I'd like to believe that the suspect, who will have to be identified by his finger in the bottom left frame, is just a really big party pooper. Sorry all your hard work went for naught, Clayton.

But hey, if it makes you feel any better, you're still my pick for National League Cy Young.
