New Baltimore Orioles legend Nate McLouth actually looks a little scared for his own well-being in this photo, but I wouldn't worry. Teammate Chris Davis is a big, strong fellow. Moments earlier, McLouth conjured up the most recent bit of Orioles Magic, lining a game-ending single to right to beat the Tampa Bay Rays 3-2 on Wednesday night. McLouth's effort helped the Orioles (80-62) stay in a first-place tie with the Yankees in the AL East. (Oh, and nice photo bomb, Wilson Betemit.)
You know you want to see Davis doing a fireman's carry in moving pictures:
Now that looks like fun — and possibly the most memorable moment of the Orioles' unlikely season.
