Despite coming back to the New York area after signing a three-year, $45 million contract with the Yankees, Carlos Beltran is still under contract to sell his Long Island mansion according to Valerie Kellogg of Newsday.

Beltran originally listed the property in February of 2012, seven months after the New York Mets traded him to the San Francisco Giants. By that point he'd signed a two-year contract with the St. Louis Cardinals, so it appeared his time in New York was finished.

Beltran initially listed the home — which includes seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a home movie theater, gym, pool room and karaoke bar in the basement — at $5.8 million. That number has since dropped to its current price: $4.725 million. Beltran paid $4.250 million for the property in 2005.

We’re sure you’re interested in all of those details and more, so we’ll send you over to realtor.com to fill in the blanks. As for our angle, we really just wanted an excuse to post some of these fancy pictures from inside the mansion.

Take a look.

Nice!

All in all it's a very beautiful home. Maybe Beltran would have better luck if he threw the mural with the deal. Either way, here's hoping he finally has some luck moving it so he has one less thing to think about during the upcoming season.
