Brandon Barnes hits inside-the-park homer, does push-ups afterward

No cramping up here, guys.

Brandon Barnes, the speedy Colorado Rockies outfielder, hit a pinch-hit, inside-the-park homer Thursday night against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Coming off the bench cold in the eighth inning and hitting an inside-the-park homer? That's impressive enough.

But after Barnes got into the dugout and slapped a few high-fives, he dropped to the ground and did a few push-ups. Show off!

The Rockies needed a little more of Barnes' energy, apparently. They lost the game 12-7. The D-backs hit three homers themselves en route of the victory, but they were the less-exciting, over-the-fence variety.
