The Boston Red Sox’s World Series win recreated in Lego form

What would the 2013 World Series look like if it were played by little Lego-like figures? If that was your offseason project, friend, you can find something else to do until February, because you've been beaten to it.

Sports Illustrated for Kids recreated some of the key World Series moments using OYO Sportstoys, the mini Lego-ish figures that we've told you about before. It's a fun way to look back at the series — and revive any argument you have about the obstruction call.

"Yeah, but when you look at it in Lego form, it clearly shows that Allen Craig ..."

These OYO Sportstoys were born out of a father-son trip to Fenway Park, so you can bet the Massachusetts-based company enjoys watching its products being used like this. Whether you're a Cardinals or Red Sox fan, though, you can pick up OYO's special World Series edition of figures.
