Even by its own standards, this hasn't been the best week for TLC's "Cheer Perfection."

Nobody is doing handsprings after two "stars" from a reality show centered around Sherwood, Ark., competitive cheerleading club Cheer Time Revolution were arrested in separate disturbing incidents last week, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

Last Tuesday, the mother of one of the show's competitive cheerleaders was arrested on one count of raping a 13-year-old boy and another count of engaging him in sexually explicit conduct for use in a visual or print medium, the report said. Andrea Clevenger, 34, faces up to life in prison if convicted of those alleged crimes in Arkansas.

She allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the boy at her home, performed oral sex on him in a car on two occasions and sent him explicit photos via text message, according to a police report obtained by multiple media outlets, including The Huffington Post.

A day after Clevenger's arrest, the Sherwood Police Department booked one of Cheer Time Revolution's coaches for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the Arkansas paper. Officers allegedly discovered two roaches, multiple small packages filled with a "green substance" and a glass pipe in 41-year-old Ronald Dunlap's car.

“Mr. Dunlap is currently on a suspension pending the outcome of the misdemeanor charges," Cheer Time Revolution spokesman Kevin Knight told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. "Upon the outcome Mr. Dunlap's continued employment will be determined. ... Cheer Time Revolution has a zero tolerance policy and our staff is fully investigated as well as randomly checked for illegal usage. The athletes safety is always first and foremost.”

Following Clevenger's arrest, TLC said in its own statement to KARK-TV that the network decided months ago not to renew the show for a third season and will not air reruns.
