  • Hafid Yassin throws down incredible dunk

Danielle Elliot at Prep Rally25 days ago

Call the authorities, Hafid Yassin might've been wearing a jet pack in his latest game.

Not really – but that's certainly how it looks in the video of the 6-foot-5 guard sailing over his opponents to dunk an in-bounds pass.

The senior at Chief Sealth (Seattle, Wash.) High School jumped several feet off the ground without so much as a running start. He was just standing there, waiting for the in-bounds pass one second, then almost a full body above his opponets the next.

By the time he dunked the pass, his hand was a full foot above the rim. Even his chin was over the rim.

Danielle Elliot at Prep Rally27 days ago

Jaylen Brown knew there was an important visitor watching from the bleachers on Saturday night: John Calipari, coach of the nation's top-ranked college basketball team, was there to see what the No. 2 player in the Class of 2015 has to offer.

The senior small forward knocked down 25 points as he led Wheeler (Marietta, Ga.) to an 83-35 win. The most impressive, by far, was this dunk.

    Here's another angle:

He also helped a few teammates show off their skills, setting them up with perfect assists.

Brown visited Kentucky in October but has yet to announce where he'll play next year. He's also visited UCLA and Kansas.

In the fourth quarter, the number grew to 14 with cornerback Kendall Sheffield following suit.

Sheffield offered the news via the inside of his white gloves. Holding his hands together to form a letter "A," there was also a crimson letter "A" on the inside of each glove.

  • Top football recruit takes a bath in recruiting letters

Danielle Elliot at Prep Rally1 mth ago

A top college football recruit had some fun with the process this week, pouring all of his letters into a bathtub and diving in.

Drowning in my decisions..... Top 5 coming soon🙌 pic.twitter.com/PVMjd2F4mE

Quart'e Sapp is an outside linebacker at Milton (Ga.). He's currently ranked No. 13 on the Rivals 100 for the Class of 2015.

Whether the letters hanging on the wall above the tub are a preview of his top choices, he didn't say. Various recruiting sites rank Florida State, Tennessee, Miami, Michigan State, and Missouri as potential picks.

No word on when Sapp will make a final decision, but it will likely be in the end of January. He took an official visit to Michigan State on November, and he's scheduled to visit Tennessee on Jan. 16, 2015.
