Six times with a chance at this championship, and six times he has turned out to be the runner-up. That's Phil Mickelson's current legacy at the U.S. Open, the man with the most second place finishes at the major championship he wants the most.

This week brings up a lot of questions for Mickelson, but most have come because of his play this season and the fact that there is an investigation underway about possible insider trading.

So what are his chances? Yahoo's Jay Busbee and Shane Bacon took a couple of minutes to chat about Phil's chances, and the video is below. Check it out, and let us know if you think there is any chance he can pull this out on Sunday at Pinehurst.
