Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn will walk the red carpet together on Monday night in New York
In the past there were few things public about Tiger Woods' relationship life. His first marriage didn't reveal much, and the only time it seemed you'd see Woods with his then wife it was at a Ryder Cup event.
That doesn't seem to be the case this time around. Woods, who went public with his relationship with Lindsey Vonn back in March, will be at the Met Gala in New York City on Monday night, according to US Weekly.
Woods and Vonn will be walking the red carpet for the first time, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Since the two went public with their relationship, they've definitely avoided being shy about each other. Vonn was in the gallery at the Masters in April watching Woods try to win his 15th major championship (Tiger finished T-4 that week at Augusta National), and now this public appearance for all the world to see.
This has to be a good sign for Tiger in his personal life. Sure, we haven't seen Woods play since the Masters, but if he's comfortable enough doing something like walking the red carpet with his girlfriend, it means he's probably pretty comfortable being in this certain relationship.
The only strange thing about it is it comes during a tournament week for Woods. Tiger will be teeing off on Thursday at the Players Championship, an event he's only won once in his career, but I guess sometimes love is a little more important than work.
