Rory McIlroy cleans up for a visit to the White House
Sometimes being a multimillionaire globetrotting twentysomething golfer with a famous girlfriend has its advantages.
Like Wednesday, for instance, when Rory McIlroy visits the White House, nine months after his big U.S. Open win at Congressional. This shot was posted on his Facebook page as he cleans up and gets himself presentable.
As GolfTalkCentral notes, McIlroy won't play in any tournaments until that little get-together at a small town in east Georgia three weeks from now. Perhaps he can take the 17-handicap President Obama out for a turn or two on the links.
