Phil Mickelson plays a wedge shot backwards during his practice round at Muirfield

Two ways you know Phil Mickelson is in a good mood - 1.) if he agrees to do the "Happy Gilmore" shot during a pro-am, which he did at the Scottish Open. 2.) When he's playing goofy shots during a practice round of a major championship.

The latter happened on Monday at Muirfield, as the recent winner of the Scottish Open turned his wedge upside down, swung hard and enjoyed some envious laughter from both the people filming and his playing partner, Scott Piercy.

This is not the first time Mickelson has pulled off such a shot, so we give you better video of him doing the same thing below.
