Back in 2007, Tiger Woods was tearing apart Southern Hills at the PGA Championship. During the second round, Woods was on fire, and got to the 18th hole with a chance to do something nobody has ever done in the history of major championships. Woods had a putt to post 62, breaking the major championship scoring record.
Woods stood over the putt, hit it great and watched as it tracked towards the hole. The ball caught the lip, and as Woods raised his putter, it lipped out, leaving him with a tap-in for a par and a 63.
Tiger went on to win that week, but with Jason Dufner doing what he's doing at Oak Hill, it was worth looking back at how close Woods came to this a few years ago.
