Bob Estes -- A four-time PGA Tour winner, Estes didn't look like he'd get full status again in 2012 after four rounds, but the 45-year-old closed with rounds of 69-67, good enough for a tie for eighth.
Sang-Moon Bae -- He was t-29 heading into the final round, and needed a solid round to jump a few players, but he did one better, tying for low score of any of the qualifiers on Monday with a closing 66.
Richard H. Lee -- Yes, Tiger Woods made two birdies over his final two holes to win the Chevron World Challenge, which meant a lot to golf, but Lee made birdies over his final two holes at Q-School to change his life. Lee was outside the number before he closed with the two circles, and may just be the clutch winner of the year at this event.
Nathan Green -- He was tied for 63rd after five rounds, and like most well outside the number, had to post something low and then hope, and he did just that, firing a 6-under 66 to make it to the PGA Tour on the number.
Tag Ridings -- He was right at 8-under with two holes to play, and it seemed that two pars would do the job for Ridings, but he did the Scott Hoch dance on his 17th hole, backing off a short par putt and looking extremely uncomfortable. Sure enough, he lipped the putt, recorded a bogey, and missed the number by a shot.
Derek Fathauer -- Playing the easier of the two courses on Monday, Fathauer couldn't get anything going, firing a final round 73 to miss getting his card by a shot. Standing in the middle of the fairway on his 18th hole, Fathauer missed the green with his approach shot, and his expression said it all.
Scott Parel -- He played in four Nationwide Tour events this year, missing the cut in all of them, but after five rounds at Q-School, was well inside the top-25. That was, until Monday, when a 2-over 74 dropped him a shot off the number.
Matt Jones -- A tough year for Jones, who finished 133 on the PGA Tour money list, eight off gaining his card back, and then closed with a 75 at PGA West to drop from a t-13 to a t-38.
