British Open odds updated for the final round, Lee Westwood the favorite to win
We are one round away from crowning a new British Open champion, and some of the biggest names in the game are atop the stacked leaderboard.
Lee Westwood has a two-shot lead over Tiger Woods and Hunter Mahan, and he's the favorite to snag his first major championship at 7-to-4. Tiger is 2-to-1, with Mahan and Adam Scott coming in at 7-to-1.
