You should know the rules and lifelines by now. If we had a fresh Fantasy Football draft going off tonight, what would our cheatsheet look like? These are not weekly ranks, they are seasonal ranks, with the condition that the season begins in Week 8.

Bring your respectful disagreement to the comments, but please back up your stances with a strong line of reasoning. Further the conversation, gamer.

Comments: Brady doesn't have a multiple-score game in his last three starts, and the improvement of the New England defense could cost him some attempts down the road. He's also going to miss the field-stretching ability of Randy Moss(notes); even when Moss is not getting open, he changes how teams defend his offense. Brady is still solid for our number grab, but there's a merited downgrade here. He's only had one game-changing fantasy season anyway, the 2007 campaign. … Palmer's been the king of garbage time in 2010, and he'll probably be winging it late against Pittsburgh (Week 9), Indy (Week 10) and the Jets (Week 12). … Buffalo's woeful defense presents a safe floor for Fitzpatrick and the Buffalo passing game. … Vick gets the starting job back in Philly, but he's also coming off a major rib injury. How much will he be able to run?

Comments: I've seen enough from McFadden on the field to buy in, but injury concerns keep him out of the Top 5, at least for now. … Moreno's late-game dancing last week was in poor form - you're down over 30 points, dude - but he did look slippery on his two scores, especially the screen pass in the second half. … The aging arc of a pro running back apparently doesn't apply to Kansas City's Jones. … Wells is starting to take over in the Arizona backfield, in part because of Hightower's fumbling problem. … The Packers have let Jackson back in the circle of trust over the last three weeks, and it helps that every team up against Green Bay will be defending the pass first. … Miami's best back is Williams, and it's not close right now. If I ran that team, he'd start and get 60-70 percent of the backfield touches. … It's a shame that Choice is stuck in Dallas, where he hardly plays - on the Colts or the Packers, he could easily be a Top 15 back.

Comments: Bryant is going to be a Pro Bowler several times before the decade is through. And he's probably had more reps with Kitna than the other Dallas receivers to this point, so the loss of Tony Romo(notes) might not hurt the rookie much. … Harvin never looked comfortable working on the outside, but he's lethal back in the slot. The Vikings are also getting him more involved out of the backfield in recent weeks. … I'd like to go higher on Britt, but it's hard to trust the Tennessee quarterbacks. … Buying in on Fitzpatrick means I'm buying in on Evans and Johnson, too. … Bess has quietly scored in three straight games, while Marshall can't seem to get on the same page with Henne in the red zone. … Wallace is not a developed receiver yet, but he can run by people and the Steelers will give him a few deep looks every week.

29. Michael Hoomanawanui(notes)

Comments: Daniels finally showed something before the bye, and I'm assuming his knee is 100 percent now. I like him to make a big play or two against the Colts on Monday. … Heap's been a playmaker over the last three weeks, which means he'll probably get hurt 15 minutes into Baltimore's Week 9 game. … Lewis is one of the most improved players in the league but do you really want to get invested with the Jacksonville passing game? … Both of the Detroit tight ends have been surprisingly valuable through the first six games.
