CONTEST RULES AND SCORING

FAKE BUDGET: $60,000

Drew Brees, NO, QB (FanDuel Price: $9,100) – Frustrated by an unexpected 0-2 start and back in the creature comforts of the Superdome for the first time this season, the future HOFer and his accomplices are about to unleash hell on visiting Minnesota. QBs are performing 36.2 percent below the league average against the Vikes, but that number is a bit skewed based on a soft Week 1 matchup (St. Louis) and lopsided run-heavy outcome last week versus New England. Corner Captain Munnerlyn, who's surrendered a 154.2 QB rating, will be under constant attack. Brees, money at home (354.3 ypg, 27:3 TD:INT split in eight games in '13), goes nuts en route to 300-plus yards and four TDs.

Knile Davis, KC, RB ($7,000) – With Jamaal Charles (ankle) a possible injury casualty this week, Davis is a high-volume rusher at a bargain basement price. Filling in for the incumbent last Sunday in Denver, he totaled 105 yards and two touchdowns on 28 touches. In an Andy Reid offense that features running backs, another burdensome load is on the docket for the Priest Holmes-like back. Miami has defended the run stiffly yielding just 3.77 yards per carry to opposing RBs. Still, on workload alone, Davis will nickel and dime his way to at least 100 total yards and a touchdown.

Joique Bell, Det, RB ($6,800) – For the frugal, Bell is another low-dollar rusher capable of turning a massive profit. Through two games, he's out-touched and outproduced tag-team partner Reggie Bush. Against the Giants and Panthers, he amassed 16 touches per game, 76.5 total yards per game and one touchdown, gaining over 56 percent of his yards after contact. Green Bay is a sieve defensively, particularly in the trenches. It's already surrendered four touchdowns and nearly five yards per touch to RBs. In a contest with considerable shootout appeal, Joique splashes six and chips in 80-plus total yards.

Mike Wallace, Mia, WR ($6,500) –  The Rodney Dangerfield All-Star is too often disrespected. He's the indisputable top option in a frenetic Bill Lazor offense. Ryan Tannehill has struggled with his accuracy early on, but Wallace has made the most of his 18 targets, catching 12 passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns. His second double-digit target game of the year is in the offing. KC has been a pushover defensively through two games, especially agains the pass. Corners Sean Smith, Marcus Cooper and Chris Owens have allowed at least a 131.0 QB rating. Odds are strong Wallace hauls in at least five passes for 70-plus and a TD.

Brandin Cooks, NO, WR ($6,300) – After a quiet week in Cleveland, the Cooks bandwagon, which swelled after a breakout performance Week 1, is a little lighter these days. However, many will jump back on after what should be a top-20 effort this week versus Minnesota. Against St. Louis and New England, Vikes DBs were rarely challenged, which bodes well for the slippery wideout. On roughly 7-9 targets, count on him to deliver six receptions, 65-plus yards and a score. Anything he achieves on the ground will be a cherry on top of the sundae.

Greg Jennings, Min, WR ($5,500) – The crafty veteran, greatly overshadowed by teammate Cordarrelle Patterson, still has pep in his step. After a solid Week 1 (7-6-58-1), he was trapped on Revis Island last Sunday, prompting many to overlook his services this week. Don't. As stated repeatedly in this space, this game has ample blowout potential, which should thrust Jennings into a high-volume role. The future Garbage Time All-Star should clean up in the second half. Keep in mind the Saints have allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers thus far.

Jimmy Graham, NO, TE ($8,400) – The NFL's Groot was superhuman last week in Cleveland totaling 10 receptions for 118 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Rob Gronkowski was virtually a non-factor last week versus the Vikes (4-32-0), but blame game flow. This Sunday, Graham catches one of four Brees TDs and surpasses the 90-yard mark. Don't fret about the exorbitant cost. He's worth every penny.

Cody Parkey, Phi, K ($4,900) – Philly has stumbled numerous times inside the red zone cashing three instead of six. With a price tag $600 lower than Stephen Gostkowski, he's a steal.

Houston D/ST ($5,200)J.J. Watt against a rickety Giants offensive line? I fear for Eli Manning's life. I really do. It would be a shock if the Texans didn't rack multiple sacks and turnovers in the Big Apple.
