ROUND 9

Pick 97: Zach Ertz, Phi, TE10 – In an offense that heavily features the TE position, Ertz should carry the momentum that began in Week 13 of last season into 2016. (Liz Loza 1)

Pick 98: Tony Romo, Dal, QB9 – A QB1 seven times out of the last nine seasons, Romo is a perennial value. A healthy Dez Bryant and the addition of Zeke Eilliot make his discounted price tag all the more enticing. (Loza 2)

Pick 99: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TB, TE11 – I'm expecting a full breakout from ASJ during his third year in the league. (Dalton Del Don 1)

Pick 100: Blake Bortles, Jax, QB10 – Was quietly the No. 4 ranked fantasy quarterback last season. He has a lot of weapons at his disposal. (DDD 2)

Pick 101: Corey Coleman, Cle, WR42 – Coleman is my favorite receiver in this year's draft class, but he found a disastrous landing spot for fantasy purposes. Here's hoping he's saved by a nice target total. (Andy Behrens 1)

Pick 102: Isaiah Crowell, Cle, RB39 – Back-to-back Browns! Unprecedented in the history of mock drafting. You are witnessing something special this day, friends. (Behrens 2)

Pick 103: Eli Manning, NYG, QB11 – Is he throwing to Odell Beckham? Yes. Is Rueben Randle out of town? Yes. Profit. (Scott Pianowski 1)

Pick 104: Andy Dalton, Cin, QB12 – He was healthy for the first three months, and over that period, he ranked No. 8 in basic scoring at the position. Working with two elite targets. Consistently underrated. (Pianow 2)

Pick 105: Sterling Shepard, NYG, WR43 – Shifty, elusive and reliable, the rookie is the frontrunner to fill Rueben Randle's vacated No. 2 spot opposite Odell Beckham, a position that attracted 90 targets last year. FF: 68-890-6. (Brad Evans 1)

Pick 106: Michael Crabtree, Oak, WR44 – His 85-922-9 line last fall was the 20th-best among wide receivers. With Amari Cooper likely to take a step forward, don't expect him to entice another 146 TGTs, but he's a highly employable WR3/WR4 in .5 PPR formats. (Evans 2)

Pick 107: Justin Forsett, Bal, RB40 – Tough to say exactly how the BAL backfield touches will be allocated this season, but I feel pretty confident that Buck Allen will get the scraps, at most. With rookie Dixon and now Forsett, I feel confident that I have secured the two Ravens RBs that matter. (Brandon Funston 1)

Pick 108: Danny Woodhead, SD, RB41 – He was the No. 12 fantasy RB in '15, so more than happy to nab him as the No. 41 RB here. He's averaged 1062.5 YFS, 78.5 catches and 8.5 TDs in his past two full seasons. (Funston 2)

ROUND 10

Pick 109: Steve Smith, Bal, WR45 – He was a top 12 fantasy WR in 1st half of '15 before his Achilles injury - He's expected to be done with rehab in time for Week 1 and I certainly won't bet against him. No doubt, the dude has tiger blood coursing through his veins. (Funston 2)

Pick 110: Stefon Diggs, Min, WR46 – I wish he had someone other than Teddy Bridgewater throwing him the ball, but perhaps both players can show further improvement on the percolating chemistry they developed in Diggs' rookie campaign. Diggs has an Antonio Brown-thing about his game, quick, sure-handed and elusive after the catch. (Funston 1)

Pick 111: Josh Gordon, Cle, WR47 – Freely associating with Johnny Manziel while entrenched in the league's drug protocol isn't the wisest of moves. Obviously, he's a complete wildcard, but if he pees clean come August, the troubled WR will reignite his once glowing career. (Evans 2)

Pick 112: Rashad Jennings, NYG, RB42 – After taking rookie Paul Perkins two rounds earlier it's only sensible for this team to grab the incumbent. The veteran should open the season as the starter, but it's not if but when the rookie supplants him. (Evans 1)

Pick 113: Philip Rivers, SD, QB13 – So consistent, with 29, 31, 32, 26, 27, 30, 28 and 34 TD passes the last eight years. Led league in completions and attempts last year, and there’s a decent chance the San Diego running game goes nowhere again. Keep the elbow on ice, Phil. (Pianow 2)

Pick 114: LeGarrette Blount, NE, RB43 – A boring veteran pick, but if the Pats trust him, so will I. Ideally, he'd merely be a matchup play and spot starter. Has 24 touchdowns in 38 career New England games (including playoffs). (Pianow 1)

Pick 115: Martellus Bennett, NE, TE12 – It's not as if we've never seen the Patriots offense produce two high-level, must-start fantasy tight ends. Bennett landed in a perfect spot. Don't be surprised if he gets 7-9 spikes in 2016. (Behrens 2)

Pick 116: Marcus Mariota, Ten, QB14 – It was a tough call between Carr and Mariota, but I like pretty much everything about Tennessee's offseason. We're going to see a second-year leap from Mariota. Feel free to run a little, Marcus. (Behrens 1)

Pick 117: Tevin Coleman, Atl, RB44 – Seemed like good insurance for Devonta Freeman here. Don't forget Coleman entered last year as the starter. (DDD 2)

Pick 118: Derek Carr, Oak, QB15 – Quietly threw 32 touchdowns last year, although admittedly his 7.0 YPA suggests he may have been a bit lucky. (DDD 1)

Pick 119: Vincent Jackson, TB, WR48 – After starting just nine contests in 2015 and turning 33-years-old this past January, VJax no longer has the burst he once did. However, he's still the clear-cut No. 2 option in the Bucs' passing game and averaged over five targets per outing when both he and Mike Evans were on the field. (Loza 2)

Pick 120: Charles Sims, TB, RB45 – Sims racked up the third most receiving yards and averaged the third most YPC of any RB over the last seven games of 2015. He'll continue to get looks in the passing game and could see his totes go up if Doug Martin were sidelined. (Loza 1)
