With Ryan Anderson's(notes) percent-owned number now in more respectible territory (he's currently at 56% ownership), we turn our attention to Chuck Hayes(notes), aka "the Chuckwagon". Hayes has a diverse skillset that has manifested itself in a per-game rank of 24th over the past month. He's averaged 9.4 points on 63-percent shooting, 8.3 boards, 3.3 assists, 1.1 turnovers, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 blocks in 32 minutes since returning from an ankle injury nine games ago - it's not hard to see that those are great numbers once you acknowledge that scoring is only one of nine fantasy categories.
He's made some strides on offense recently, but he's earned his reputation (and his starting spot) on defense - one example of his handiwork was when he harrassed Blake Griffin(notes) into just five-of-16 shooting on Wednesday. He's not your typical starting center at just 6-foot-6, but that's not stopped him from developing into an integral part of the Rockets' team dynamic. There's simply no good excuse for Hayes' percent-owned number (26%) relative to players such as DeMarcus Cousins(notes) (78%), J.J. Hickson(notes) (72%), and Carl Landry(notes) (65%).
