A handy cure to the bye week blues

With six teams on the bye (including the talented offenses of Denver, Cincinnati and Seattle), the fantasy player pool is thinner than usual heading into Week 4. But here are three players that you can hang your hat on this weekend:

At quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger has top 6 at the position facing a Tampa Bay defense that looked lost in a Week 3 blowout at Atlanta. The Bucs have allowed a league-high 117.2 QB Rating, to this point. Expect Big Ben, still available in a quarter of Yahoo leagues, to take full advantage of his Week 4 situation.

At running back, Lamar Miller is coming off the second 100-yard rushing day of his career. His workload has been elevated with Knowshon Moreno out, and that will continue to pay healthy dividends this week in England, facing an Oakland defense that has allowed more rushing yards to the RB position than any other NFL team. A running back has emerged with at least 18 fantasy points (standard scoring) in each of the past five tilts in London, and Miller has a good shot to make it six-for-six in that regard, as another 100-yard game, including a long TD run, is very possible against the inept run defense of the Raiders.

Finally, Tennessee's Delanie Walker is about as safe as they come at the tight end position this week, facing a Colts defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends. Walker, the only Titans receiving option to show consistent chemistry with quarterback Jake Locker, produced a 10/91/1 line in one of his meetings with Indy last season. You can't expect him to match that lofty line this time around, but he may not finish too far off that mark.
